White Spruce Coffee wants everyone to have the freshest coffee, so we roast it one pound at a time in the Pacific Northwest.


The quality of the green coffee bean is a critical ingredient to the taste of the final product.  Coffee is a product of how it is grown.  Soil conditions, elevation, and climate determine the coffee beans’ final flavor.  White Spruce Coffee uses some of the best green beans around and we pair that with a high quality professional roasting process.
